TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The contractual relationship between the customer and the supplier shall be exclusively ruled by the General Terms and Conditions of Phantomleaf GmbH and governed by and construed in accordance with German law and each party agrees to submit the jurisdiction of the courts having jurisdiction for the supplier (Phantomleaf GmbH). The German version is authoritative. The application of the provisions of the Vienna Convention on Sales of Good (CISG) is specifically excluded by the parties.
